1. Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18+ (excluding employees of Driving Miss Daisy Didcot or Wallingford Accessible Boat Club and their immediate families).  The winner must be within postcode areas of Wallingford OX10, Didcot OX11, Abingdon OX14, Abingdon can also be OX13.

• Nominees must:

  • Be someone facing loneliness/isolation, transport barriers, or deserving of recognition (e.g., carers, veterans).

  • Be physically/mentally able to participate in a 1-hour boat trip with support.

2. How to Enter

• Nominate via:

  • Commenting/Tagging on the original social post or DM’ing the nominee’s first name + reason for nomination.

  • Sharing the post is encouraged but not mandatory.

• One nomination per person (duplicates discarded).

3. Prize

• One winner receives:

  • Door-to-door transport via companionship service.

  • 1-hour accessible Thames boat trip with Wallingford Accessible Boat Club.

  • Support throughout the experience.

• Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Winner Selection

• Winner chosen by Driving Miss Daisy Didcot based on nomination merit.

• Announced on or shortly after 29th July 2024 via social media. Winner will be contacted privately.

5. Data & Privacy

• Nominator/Nominee details used solely for this campaign (see Privacy Policy: https://drivingmissdaisy.co.uk/privacy-policy/).

6. General

• By entering, participants agree to these T&Cs.

• The date of the actual trip is to be subject to WOW-one (the boat) and Daisy (WAV) availability.

• Driving Miss Daisy Didcot reserves the right to amend/cancel the giveaway if necessary.

• Liability excluded for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., trip cancellation due to weather).
